New Support Ticket System: Welcome Zendesk!

In order to provide an improved support experience, we have started to transition to a new support ticket system. All new support tickets willnow be handled by Zendesk – an award winning helpdesk solution that's provided support for more than 65 million people worldwide!

Zendesk will help us better manage support requests and get you the support you need quickly and accurately. And with more login options using popular sign in protocols, you have many ways to access and review your ticket requests.

Please note: Your old login to the support center will not work in the new Zendesk system.

What’s more, you can control your viewing directly from your keyboard: left and right arrow keys navigate through your portfolio images quickly and intuitively – a great way to show off your work to clients.

With a huge image resolution of 1800x1200px (3:2), your images will scale beautifully. Choose to have your viewers enable fullscreen viewing on their own, or enable automatic fullscreen viewing for your clickbooq website and Presentation Mode will take over automatically once a portfolio is accessed.

Lightboxes are now viewable on Mobile Devices!

Now you can share Lightboxes and view them on your favorite mobile device. Lightboxes will automatically launch into our enhanced Mobile experience, with fullscreen image views and swipe gestures enabled. Enjoy!

Login no longer required to Submit Support Tickets

Users are no longer required to register and login to submit a support ticket.

However, if you would like to view your Ticket history, you will need to log in (or register for an account).

Be sure to add "support@clickbooq.com" to your address book so our replies are not labeled as spam.

Login not working? If you have previously registered, and your login information does not seem to be working (or if you do not know your password), please click the Forgot Password link and a reset password link will be sent to your email address. You will then be able to reset your password.
